All Pseudo Tsumi objects are prepared and shipped from the United States.

 

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Each object is inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment by hand. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

We ship using USPS. Delivery times vary depending on destination, but most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly. Pseudo Tsumi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@pseudotsumi.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
