Due to the limited nature of Pseudo Tsumi objects, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, including all inserts, documentation, and protective materials. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Limited edition and serialized items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.

 

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement if available.

 

All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure they arrive in proper condition.

 

Pseudo Tsumi reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions listed above.
